2. Payment Timeframe:
Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at the time of delivery.
Any pending payments for COD orders should be paid in full before the delivery is processed.
3. Refund and Return Policy:
Refunds: In case of faulty products, incorrect deliveries, or cancellation before shipment, a full refund will be processed. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase (typically within 1-2 business days).
Returns: Customers can return items within a specified period (usually 1-2 days) if the products are damaged, defective, or incorrect. All returned items must be in unused and original condition.
4. Late Payment Fees:
Late payments: If the customer has opted for a delayed payment method (e.g., COD) and fails to make payment at the time of delivery, a late payment fee may apply.
For pre-paid orders, payments must be made immediately at checkout to process the order.

The final invoice will show a breakdown of the total amount, including taxes.
6. Order Cancellation:

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
