Freshness Guarantee: We strive to provide only the freshest vegetables. If any vegetables are found to be spoiled, damaged, or overripe upon delivery or purchase, they may be eligible for a return.
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of purchase or delivery for fresh vegetables that are defective or damaged.
Conditions for Return: Vegetables must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return. For vegetables that are cut, opened, or consumed, no return will be accepted.
2. Refund Policy:
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be issued only for defective, spoiled, or incorrect items. If the product is in any way unsuitable for consumption (rotten, damaged), we will provide a full refund.

Non-refundable Items: Once vegetables are consumed or if the condition is altered after purchase, no refunds will be provided.

Fresh and Unopened Items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange fresh, unopened vegetables within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.
Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong vegetables, we will gladly exchange the product or issue a full refund.
